The list of the 2012 Top 10 Cruise Lines has been published by CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association). The passenger totals are based on the number of passenger berths available to sell for the lower two berths only. The totals reflected are based on each cruise lines individual company and not on the corporate holdings, such as Carnival Corporation who owns several cruise lines under its corporate umbrella.

1. Carnival Cruise Lines          61,982 berths

2. Royal Caribbean International          61,888 berths

3. Princess Cruises          36,510 berths

4. Costa Cruises          34,002 berths

5. MSC Cruises          31,260 berths

6. Norwegian Cruise Line          26,346 berths

7. Celebrity Cruises          23,898 berths

8. Holland America Line        23,493 berths

9. Disney Cruise Line          8,508 berths

10. Cunard Line          6,712 berths
